Neo Oriental is an umbrella term created by contemporaries with tattoo styles rooted in oriental artworks and traditional Asian tattooing. Neo Oriental looks different from artist to artist. Some specialize in bold tribal + calligraphy while others work in softer, fine line styles.
My work utilizes blackwork, single needle detailing, and
gentle shading to create high contrast tattoos. A direction I took with longevity in mind.
As the softer, single needle parts blur out with natural aging, the blackwork holds the structure and maintains the design's readability as the tattoo grows with you.

SECOND SKIN
How long to keep the second skin on:
24-48hours if goopy & wet under bandage
3-5 days if dry and clear under bandage
NEVER wear your bandage for more than a week.
When it is time to take your second skin off, run the bandage under warm water and gently pull the bandage off like a command strip. Once fully off, wash throughly with
i an unscented antibacterial hand soap. Air dry or pat dry with clean paper towel.
If your tattoo feels dry and tight, you can use a water based, white lotion that is for sensitive skin and unscented. Examples: CeraVe, Eucerin, Aveno etc. DO NOT use aquaphor or anything petroleum jelly based. Do not over moisturize, use only as needed.
FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS NO:
-Direct sunlight
-Soaking or submerging your tattoos (showers and washing your tattoos are okay and encouraged)
-Picking or itching at your tattoo
